Description: 
    The gnuplot-rif tool vizualise RIF files using gnuplot.

    The lutils library contains various modules shared between tools developped 
    at Verimag in the synchronous group. Those modules deal with:
     - generate and parse RIF files
     - generate dro files (to call luciole)
