Disable vertical navigation and remove outdated/unused files

  • Tweaked reveal js config via the template to disable vertical navigation
  • Removed all of reveal.js folder except for dist that holds the actual JS code used in the slides
  • Removed unused/outdated information (e.g. setup.py, install.md)
