Review mesh mechanism, add/fix subsets. All tests ok except those with obstacles somewhere. Work in progress

Fix fortran install process + shared lib by default (much more verbose ...), review default method setup in operators, review fftw curl.

24 - test_opencl_environment (Failed), because of pep8
Examples not tested but NSDebug.py which works fine.

Update differential_operations and stretching (fix bug + optimizations) - Add GlobalTests (test functionnalities, perf ...)

update docs (doxy), update operators (small fixes + add operator.discrete package), add profiler option (for memory), add testPoisson, + misc ... not finished, it may work ... or not

Tests are run with command : make test in a build directory.
Python tests are packaged in a test module of parmepy
Python tests are either searched automaticaly in test_*.py sub-modules of parmepy.test or extracted from docstrings in specified files in main_unit_test.py.

Old tests (in tests module) will be deleted.
Need fix fortran unit tests.
