Using an intermediate docker image with the packages needed for documentation (update to python3.12 ans micromamba)

The aim is to reduce the size of the hysop docker image ci_cpu_intel.

All the packages needed to build the documentation are now contained in an intermediate docker image (ci_cpu_intel_doc) stored in hysop-doc.

This evolution is part of the move to Python 3.12 and micromamba for environment management.
