10.5061/dryad.wm37pvmvq,The TCR assigns naive T cells to a preferred lymph node,Dryad,2024,en,Dataset,Creative Commons Zero v1.0 Universal,"Naive T cells recirculate between the spleen and lymph nodes where they
mount immune responses when meeting dendritic cells presenting foreign
antigen. As this may happen anywhere, naive T cells ought to visit all
lymph nodes. Here, deep sequencing almost-complete TCR-repertoires led to
a comparison of different lymph nodes within and between individual mice.
We find strong evidence for a deterministic CD4/CD8 lineage choice and a
consistent spatial structure. Specifically, some T cells show a preference
for one or multiple lymph nodes, suggesting that their TCR interacts with
locally presented (self-)peptides. These findings are mirrored in
TCR-transgenic mice showing localized CD69-expression, retention, and cell
division. Thus, naïve T cells intermittently sense antigenically
dissimilar niches, which is expected to affect their homeostatic
competition.",mds,True,findable,0,0,0,0,0,2024-07-11T11:00:16.000Z,2024-07-11T11:00:17.000Z,dryad.dryad,dryad,"TCR sequencing,oneTCRa mice,FOS: Biological sciences,FOS: Biological sciences,TCR alpha chain","[{'subject': 'TCR sequencing'}, {'subject': 'oneTCRa mice'}, {'subject': 'FOS: Biological sciences', 'subjectScheme': 'fos'}, {'subject': 'FOS: Biological sciences', 'schemeUri': 'http://www.oecd.org/science/inno/38235147.pdf', 'subjectScheme': 'Fields of Science and Technology (FOS)'}, {'subject': 'TCR alpha chain'}]",['44862452 bytes'],,,,,

We carried out an equivalent campaign in Spring 2023, for which we have very nice preliminary results. However, during this campaign we were unable to experience intense surface melting conditions, as temperatures remained abnormally low over the period investigated. In this campaign, we will be instrumenting the glacier from mid-June to mid-July, which will enable us to acquire data during a major surface melt. Ultimately, the two sets of data we will have acquired will form a highly complementary whole, covering a wide range of behaviours.",fabrica,True,findable,0,0,0,1,0,2024-07-10T14:25:51.000Z,2024-07-10T14:26:34.000Z,inist.resif,vcob,"Greenland,Ice,Dynamics,Water,Flow,Hydrofracturing,Dense,Seismic array","[{'subject': 'Greenland'}, {'subject': 'Ice'}, {'subject': 'Dynamics'}, {'subject': 'Water'}, {'subject': 'Flow'}, {'subject': 'Hydrofracturing'}, {'subject': 'Dense'}, {'subject': 'Seismic array'}]","['82 stations, 622Go (miniseed format)']","['Miniseed data', 'stationXML metadata']",,,['IsCitedBy'],
