	Fix crash.
	* valops.c (compare_parameters): Verify TYPE_NFIELDS before
	touching TYPE_FIELD_ARTIFICIAL.

gdb/testsuite/
	* gdb.cp/noparam.exp: New file.
	* gdb.cp/noparam.cc: New file.
