* regformats/reg-ia64.dat: Remove NAT registers. 

gdbserver:
	* server.c (main): Allocate mem_buf with PBUFSIZ bytes.

	* linux-ia64-low.c (ia64_regmap): Remove NAT registers.
	(ia64_num_regs): Reduce to 462.
