	* elfxx-mips.h (elfxx-mips.h): Declare.
	* elfxx-mips.c (mips_elf_merge_obj_attributes): Use it to report
	Tag_GNU_MIPS_ABI_FP mismatches.
	(_bfd_mips_fp_abi_string): New function.
