Wrong type description for tagged type parameter. 

        * ada-lang.c (ada_evaluate_subexp) [OP_VAR_VALUE]: When noside is
        EVAL_AVOID_SIDE_EFFECTS, also handle the case when type is a
        reference to a tagged type.
