gas/ip2k: Add all instructions assembler test 

Basic all instructions assembler test, auto-generated by CGEN, then
fixed by hand for some cases where CGEN had generated invalid
instruction operands.

gas/ChangeLog:

	* testsuite/gas/ip2k/allinsn.d: New file.
	* testsuite/gas/ip2k/allinsn.s: New file.
	* testsuite/gas/ip2k/ip2k-allinsn.exp: New file.
