            Merge upstream change.
        * libtool.m4 (_LT_COMPILER_PIC): Add -fPIC to GCC and GXX for AIX.

        * configure.ac: Add target-libquadmath to noconfigdirs for AIX.
        Add libgomp*.o to compare_exclusions for AIX.
        * configure: Regenerate.
