Documentation

I've made and improved the internal and external documentation to match the criteria of the milestone. This closes #11 (closed) and #21 (closed).

The user is able to define parameters and option at the beginning of the notebook. This closes #20 (closed).

Added a retrieve saved data part.

I've implemented the function developed for the retrieve saved data part in the save_and_load_netcdf module. This closes #36 (closed) and #40 (closed).
