made a raw notebook with a tutorial for reproducible usage.

This merge aims at implementing the changes that were done in order to make the repository clonable and usable by anyone. The user is provided with a clear README.md with tutorial information and the notebook is fully cleaned of my specific information. The module is taken out of the repository as an independent package.
