Map display in QOpenGLWidget, add minimap (full view with rectangle indicating location of Map, QOpenGLWidget), both plots (temporal + spatial) handled by pyqtgraph, nodata handling in plots, cosmetic improvements, docs, comments and code formatting, code reorganization (Model/View)
