Have a semi-funcitoning PhoneRespeakActivity. Some problems include defaulting to a speaking state when respeaking starts, meaning the user has to wait a couple seconds before the original starts getting played. The seekbar thread also is missing. Also, a segment seems to get written at the very start, which could be related to the first issue.
