Resolve "Generic user interface improvements"

Emmanuel Promayon requested to merge 174-generic-user-interface-improvements into develop

Closes #174 (closed) with the following:

  • Add "Delete" key shortcut to close the currently selected component
  • Action "SaveAll" should not be listed in single component's action menu
  • The main window separator/splitter is hard to see on some window managers
