First support for mesh colors

Merged Emmanuel Promayon requested to merge 131-color-support-in-meshcomponent-specificrepresentation-2 into develop

Adding COLOR SpecificRepresentation, corresponding ComboBox item, changing the color mode of Geometry's mapper, and creating the data object for the color (incomplete, should rescale data if it is not unsigned char). No support for RGBA yet.
