Wrong output format when using 'spam-reg' on 2D tiff
Hello
Tested with spam 0.6.1.1
When using
spam-reg .... -def ...
on a 2D tiff of dimension (x,y) the output obtained using the -def
option has a dimension of (1,x,y)
This can be annoying if you want to use some of those image with true (x,y) image after.
I have a work around but it can be nice if it is directly implemented in spam
import tifffile
im=tifffile.imread(path_to_image)
print('dim :',im.shape)
im.imsave(path_to_image,im[0,...])
I hope this can help to improve the consistency within spam.
Best Thomas
BTW: Thanks for the great tool.
