spam-ereg crashes after saving files loaded with the interface
Issue: The current version of pip installed spam-ereg crashes when saving the .tsv after alignment.
Steps to reproduce:
spam-ereg
Then select files with the file explorer that opens, do the alignment by eye and try to save the .tsv.

saving the .tsv works fine if you instead use:
spam-ereg bin File1 File2 tsv
