Issue created Jun 08, 2020 by Edward Andò@andoeOwner

wanted: 2D/3D "magic kernel" downscale filter

Would like to be able to do this: http://johncostella.com/magic/ We think it's what ImageJ is doing and it's good.

There is an implementation here which might be a good start, but there's no license: https://github.com/kylegranger/ImageScaling

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
