All OpenCL kernels should support the basic features of hysop discrete cartesian fields:

1. An offset to the beginning of their aligned buffer pointer.
2. Custom strides to handle array views.
3. Custom ghosts sizes, that may be greater than operator's minimum requested ghosts.
4. Custom data type (dtype).
