Cette hypothèse implique de croiser différents niveaux de réflexion et de comprendre les systèmes sociaux techniques déployés : la régénération du parc de logements sociaux existants, les filières de matériaux locaux existantes et la qualité des espaces et des systèmes constructifs mobilisés. Elle implique aussi de s’intéresser aux démarches participatives ainsi qu’aux processus de coopération déployés et leurs effets.

+La première partie pose quelques repères utiles pour mieux positionner le travail de thèse. Elle clarifie les principaux termes clés du sujet, et précise que l’état actuel des pratiques en termes de participation habitante et d’utilisation des matériaux bio et géosourcés en réhabilitation de logements collectifs sociaux reste encore rare. 
+La deuxième partie présente les recherches menées lors d’enquêtes de terrain (visites, entretiens et observations participantes) sur des projets d’habitats participatifs en France et de coopératives habitantes en Suisse. Elle s’appuie sur des travaux réalisés en amont et complétés pendant la thèse pour montrer que d’autres alternatives de production de logements qui cumulent participation habitante et utilisation des matériaux bio et géosourcés sont possibles en étant accompagnées par un bailleur social. 
+La troisième partie porte sur les enquêtes de terrain (visites, entretiens) menées sur des projets de réhabilitation de logements collectifs sociaux qui témoignent que la participation habitante, l’utilisation des matériaux bio et géosourcés ainsi que les pratiques de réemploi se manifestent aujourd’hui par essaimage et sous forme de démonstrateurs de différentes ampleurs. 
+La quatrième partie apporte, grâce aux enquêtes de terrain menées en observation participante, une prise de recul sur des actions déployées autour de démonstrateurs et projets touchants à la régénération du parc d’habitat social.

+Pour conclure, ce travail de thèse aboutit à la réalisation d’un tableau de synthèse qui présente l’ensemble des informations relevées au cours des enquêtes en textes, dessins et annotations de plans récoltés. Il démontre le caractère unique et spécifique des situations et expériences observées, et aboutit à la formulation d’éléments de méthodes qui invitent à anticiper certains leviers et à faire appel à des acteurs clés détenteurs de savoir-faire indispensables pour favoriser l’utilisation des matériaux bio et géosourcés et impliquer les habitants aux projets de réhabilitation de logement collectif social. +EsMeCaTa is a software application to infer consensus proteomes and metabolic functions from taxonomic affiliations. EsMeCaTa uses ete3 and the NCBI Taxonomy database to parse the taxonomic affiliations and query the UniProt Proteomes database to find associated proteomes. These proteomes are clustered using MMseqs2 to create consensus proteomes, which are then annotated with eggNOG-mapper. EsMeCaTa can be time-consuming to run and requires a large number of resources to perform its various steps. A precomputed database has been created to facilitate its use.

+The EsMeCaTa database has been compiled by taking from UniProt all taxa having at least five proteomes and being of the taxonomic rank of ""species"", ""genus"", ""family"", ""order"", ""class"", or ""phylum"".  EsMeCaTa was applied to these taxa leading to the creation of the database as a zip file.

+For each taxonomic rank, you can find in the following table the number of taxa that were used by EsMeCaTa to make the predictions:

+a protein file in the FASTA format containing the consensus sequences predicted by EsMeCaTa for this taxon.
