- Added an activity for debugging purposes. The UI displays some
  debugging information and provides buttons for checking if could is
  functional.
- The activity is hidden because the menu item that triggers this
  activity is hidden from the manu (see res/menu/main.xml), so it should
  be made visible to use it.
