Allow changing the label of a specific annotation

In the current state of the code, the title should actually read “group” instead of “label.”

This enhancement will be useful in cases where the user selects the wrong label in the annotation dialog.

This might be done by adding an entry to the popup menu that appears when right-clicking on a selected annotation.
