Make entry in Annotation menu more informative

The only entry in the Annotation menu reads now Add annotation. In order to become more informative for the user, the label of the menu entry must be made dynamic and behaves like the following:

• If there is no annotation being created, it should read Start annotation
• If an annotation is being created, it should read Finish annotation
