Improve Coders dialogs

In the dialog for creating a new coder, there is no way to abort the operation. The user is forced to enter a non-empty name, but the interface does not tell her what is wrong if an empty name is entered. A button “Cancel” should be added, and it should abort the saving of the project file, in case there is no coder defined.
