Annotations must be selectable

• Replace Timeline QSlider by QGraphicsScene and QGraphicsView (see forum)
• Transform Annotation in QGraphicsItem
• Replace QPainter and draw methods
• Clicking on an annotation allows you to select it
  • Add specific style on select
  • Add handles at start and end
• Add Delete action
