When adding a new routine with video-recorder plugin, which options would be shown?

• Available video devices (default?)
• Video codec (?)
• Video format and quality (default 1080p, 4k, 2k, 720p, 480p)
• Encoding directly from the captured video from the camera or after finishing the “raw” recording
