Scheduler appears to download the wrong data every morning

The task downloading mseeds downloads every morning mseeds from the day before yesterday (instead of yesterday).

It may be caused by the fact that "update-inventory-daily" task has "pendulum.yesterday()" as arg. And this arg may be evaluated only once at celerybeat service startup.
