Problem in dense AR processes (forecast) since 0.5

Forecasts with dense AR matrices has no effect since 0.5 (see attached picture): the coefficient stays at its value with no increase of deviation.

The appearance of strange oscillations in the spectra of mean of U were also observed by @gilletn.
