INTERACTIVEVIEWER_API undefined in RenderWidget.h

Problem

'INTERACTIVEVIEWER_API' is not defined in 'sdk/libraries/core/viewer/RenderWidget.h line 102 and 105. A quick search through files showed that it is not defined anywhere.

Possible solution

Should it be CAMITK_API ?
