Catching all exception on windows, added a (strange) error: "Access violation - no RTTI data!"
This commit checks a solution that does not use RTTI and directly use the Q_OBJECT property.

VM seems overwelmed

As well as a proper uppercase H (as it should be in application menus)

This should send an error message instead of crashing imp!
For instance old bugzilla bug #169 does not crash the application anymore,
but just send an error message:

Feature/asm for regression test

CMake was passing arguments separated with space, and only the first expected output file was used

This is more standard ergonomics

ENABLE_AUTO_TEST is a better description, especially with the addition of integration test, the
ENABLE_INTEGRATION_TEST option will look more rational/coherent
