NEW CMake macro get_git_info to find useful information to configure camitk

FIXED (preventing) debug postfix should be defined in CamiTKPackagingVersion.h as well for compiling from source tarball using MSVC

FIXED (backport debian patch) remove CamiTKVersion.h once the source package is made, make sure that the packaged version has the proper version number (without svn revision)

NEW man page automatic installation (if man page or man page configuration file exists)
UPDATED man page are now configured automatically (using current camitk version and date)

UPDATED FindCamiTK.cmake fully using camitk-config (much more simple, much more robust over space and time)

FIXED segfault due to double delete of std::string (multiple load of shared libraries)
