UPDATED CMake policy to CMake version 3.0

UPDATED Improved CMake configuration for including Qt in CamiTK libraries. Work done for library-qtpropertybrowser.

Configure OK (should be missing stuff for compilation and linking).

NEW CMake macro get_git_info to find useful information to configure camitk

FIXED Consequently PhysicalModel::getComponentByName(..) also works with the atoms SC name 
FIXED relax disciplin on PML structural naming
FIXED various comments cleanup (no code change) and of an unwanted std::cout in InteractiveViewer

UPDATED Remove ImageComponent methods prepareForSavin() and postSaving(), uses instead a getImageDataWithFrameTransform() used to request the image data with its frame applied (for saving purpose for instance).

UPDATED InterfaceFrame now proposes also the rotateVTK, setTransformRotationVTK and setTransformTranslationVTK alternative methods, regarding the rotation order (Z, X, Y) compared to the previous alphabetical one.
UPDATED MoveFrame not a testing action anymore. Now, It allows to edit the selected component frame :
 - modifying its parent's frame
 - modifying the translation values and rotation angles of the frame
 - optionnaly proposing to save / load a frame in / from a .frame file.

FIXED For any rotation on frames, given 3 angles around X, Y and Z, perform 3 rotations in this specific order : Z, X, Y.
This allows the vtkTransform::GetOrientation() method to retrieve the correct angles around the X, Y and Z axes.

UPDATED action move frame has been modified in order to easily edit a component's frame. Interface's ergonomy has been updated and is really simpler.
NEW Frame can be exported and imported from a .xml file, directly using this action.
