NEW total rewrite of LUT action (code cleaning, GUI/features improvement, fix crash from images...etc...), now LUT action stays on top of ActionViewer and remembers properties
FIXED copyright date (developper of the month special cheat code)
FIXED ActionViewer now also remembers the name of the action+family properly
FIXED regression (very sloooow PML display)
FIXED axes and annotated cube are properly updated, they are not modifying scene bound
FIXED mml compilation when SOFA not active
FIXED mesh component: ambiguous constructor removed
FIXED probably more things/regressions...
